Admission to crane and forklift operation

It is announced for the information of prospective applicants and the general public that the Regional Maritime University (RMU) in partnership with the National Association for Heavy Duty Operators Ghana (NAHEOG) RMU has opened admission into following programmes commencing on 30th  June 2023:

  • CRANE OPERATION
  • FORKLIFT OPERATION

WHAT IS THE PROGRAM ABOUT?

This is a West and Central African professional certification program by the Regional Maritime University (RMU) and the National Association for Heavy-Duty Operators Ghana (NAHEOG).

Training will cover competencies in rigging, operator’s health and safety, road safety, identification of dangerous goods, maneuvering, inspection maintenance, communication and practical training.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • BASIC EDUCATION CERTIFICATE (JSS/JHS)
  • SSCE/WASSCE
  • GCE “O” Level Cert
  • HND/DEGREE

HOW TO APPLY

All applicants are required to purchase a form from the Cash Office of the Regional Maritime University [RMU]
