Madam Francis has over 22 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, specializing in the implementation and management of accounting protocols, financial management, strategic budgeting, administrative advice and support, financial and management reporting, treasury and cash flow management, capacity assessment, and training. Her expertise spans both the profit and non-profit sectors.
Throughout her career, Madam Francis has served in various financial roles, managing organizational finances and conducting staff capacity-building workshops. She has also contributed to tertiary education in Sierra Leone as a university lecturer in the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at IPAM, University of Sierra Leone.

She also developed and implemented risk management strategies that enabled the organization to save digital copies of all payment and income documents. Additionally, she created a fixed asset register and policy.
